Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned.
